Terms of Service

These terms apply when you engage ZiRank for any service. By accepting a proposal or starting work with us, you agree to them.

Who we are

ZiRank FZ-LLC is a marketing and web development agency based in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we", "us", and "ZiRank" mean the company, and "you" means the client.

Our services

We provide SEO, link building, web development, Shopify development, and Laravel application development. The exact work for your engagement is set out in the written proposal we agree with you.

Quotes and proposals

We quote each engagement after we understand the work. A proposal describes the scope, timeline, and price. A quote is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. Work begins once you accept the proposal and, where applicable, pay the deposit.

Fees and payment

• Fixed-scope projects (web builds, Shopify stores, app work) are billed 50% before we start and 50% on delivery, unless the proposal sets a different schedule.
• Monthly retainers (SEO, link building) are billed monthly in advance.
• Prices are in AED and exclude 5% UAE VAT, which is added to invoices.
• Invoices are due within the period stated on them. Late payment may pause ongoing work.

Cancellation and refunds

Retainers run month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice, and we will finish the current paid period. For fixed-scope projects, the upfront deposit covers work already committed and is non-refundable once work begins, but any milestone we have not started is refundable.

Your responsibilities

To do our best work we need timely access to what we agree on, such as your website, accounts, brand assets, and feedback. Delays in providing these can affect timelines, and we are not responsible for missed dates caused by them.

Deliverables and intellectual property

Once an engagement is paid in full, the final deliverables we create for you are yours. We may keep our own tools, templates, and know-how, and we may show the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party services

Some work relies on third-party platforms (for example Google, Shopify, hosting, or plugins). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or fees from those platforms, and their own terms apply to their services.

Results and disclaimers

We work to recognised, ethical SEO and development practices. Search rankings and traffic depend on factors outside our control, including search engine changes and your market, so we cannot guarantee specific rankings or revenue. We provide our services with reasonable skill and care.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Confidentiality

We keep your confidential information private and use it only to deliver your work. We expect the same from you regarding our proposals and methods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept a proposal is the one that applies to that engagement.
