Do these prices include VAT?
No, all prices shown are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%), added at checkout or on the invoice, per standard UAE practice.

Are the monthly retainers a fixed-term contract?
No. SEO and Link Building retainers are month-to-month: cancel any time with 30 days' notice, no early-termination fee. We don't bury renewal terms in fine print either.

How are one-off projects like web builds or Shopify stores billed?
Fixed-scope projects (web builds, Shopify stores, app MVPs) are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, with the full scope locked into a written proposal before any work starts.

What is the quarterly discount?
Retainer plans, SEO and Link Building, billed quarterly save 10% compared to paying monthly. Ask us for the discounted rate on your plan.

Do you offer refunds?
For retainers: the unused portion of the current month is refunded if you cancel before renewal. For one-off projects: the upfront deposit is non-refundable once work begins (it covers committed hours), but any milestone not yet started is refunded in full.

How fast do you respond to Enterprise or Custom quote requests?
Enterprise and Custom tier requests get a scoped proposal within 2 business days, usually after a short discovery call to confirm scope and timeline.
