Mobile App MVPs

A mobile MVP is the smallest version of your app that a real user would actually download and use, not a set of screens in Figma. The goal is to get something installable in front of real customers or investors so you learn what to build next, rather than guessing at a full feature list up front.

We start by cutting the idea down to the two or three core screens and actions that prove the concept, then build those on Flutter or React Native with a Laravel API behind them. Everything else, the settings screen, the loyalty programme, the admin dashboard, waits until the core idea is proven to work.

This approach fits founders who have validated demand but have not built the app yet, and existing businesses testing whether a mobile app is worth the ongoing investment before committing to a full feature set. Because it is still a real, working app rather than a prototype, you can put it in an actual App Store or Play Store listing, or use it internally, once it is ready.

As with all our mobile work, an MVP is scoped and quoted before any code is written. We would rather agree the smallest useful version together than build against an open-ended brief and find out later what it actually costs.
