Website design prices in Dubai
By the ZiRank team · Updated
Website design in Dubai costs between AED 3,000 and AED 50,000 or more, depending on the number of pages, custom design, languages and integrations.
What moves the price of a website in Dubai?
Pages and content
The biggest driver. A 5 page brochure site and a 40 page site with service, area and blog pages are different projects. Writing the copy adds cost but is usually the reason a site actually ranks, so we include it rather than leave it to you.
Custom design versus a theme
Languages and integrations
An Arabic version roughly adds the content cost of the pages plus right-to-left design work. CRM, booking, payment and portal integrations are quoted per integration. Each is listed in the proposal so you can take them out.
What do the typical Dubai price bands get you?

AED 2,000 to 3,000: a landing page

-
02
AED 4,000 to 8,000: a business website
Five to eight pages on WordPress or a Filament CMS, schema and sitemap, two revision rounds and 30 days of support.
-
03
AED 10,000 to 25,000: a custom website
Ten or more pages, a custom design system, a full schema suite, a Core Web Vitals guarantee and 30 days of support.
-

AED 25,000 and up: an enterprise platform
Multi-language, complex integrations, a dedicated project manager and an extended support window.
What is each price for?
What do cheap website offers in Dubai leave out?
Offers at AED 999 or AED 1,500 usually mean a stock theme, no copywriting, no SEO setup, no schema, shared hosting you do not control and a domain registered in the agency's name. The site is cheap because the work that makes it perform has been removed. Ask who owns the domain and hosting, whether copy is included, and whether Core Web Vitals are checked before launch; the answers explain most of the price difference.
Frequently asked questions
-
What is the average cost of a website in Dubai?
Most small and medium businesses in Dubai pay between AED 5,000 and AED 15,000 for a professionally designed website with copy, SEO setup and support. Template sites are cheaper and custom platforms are more, with AED 50,000 and above for portals and marketplaces.
-
How do you bill a website project?
Fixed scope, 50% on signing and 50% on delivery, with the full scope written into the proposal before work starts. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately so the agreed price does not creep.
-
Does the price include VAT?
No. All prices are exclusive of UAE VAT at 5%, added on the invoice as standard UAE practice.
-
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account, the design and the code. We hand over all logins at launch and you can move the site to another provider at any time.
